  First of all : they're not trying to be a head shop, they're just trying to sell tobacco plus a few extras.
  Secondly: they have better prices for loose leaf tobacco and tubes than anywhere I've found in the Portland area.
  The proprietor isn't rude; he's quiet and straightforward and is really quite pleasant if treated respectfully

  Shocked at how high the prices were in a store called smoke for "less! Owner was rude and obtuse. I can accept high priced items, but I don't appreciate poor customer service.
