  These people refuse to switch my dad to a billing block that works for him. He has never not paid his bill, but he is a retired Vietnam vet who is on a fixed income and gets paid the 3rd week of every month. He bought a house in canby says that if he had known how horrible this company was then he never would have bought a house in canby. They charged him 25 dollars just to send a guy to his house and hang a notice on his door instead of mailing it to him. Mind you he got paid the very next day and paid the bill but they refused to remove that 25 dollar charge. Literally lives less than a mile from the office and they charged him 25 bucks for some bozo who probably makes minimum wage to hang a notice on the door. Horrible customer service
