  I was a klutz and backed into a pole, damaging my bumper, my side panel near the gas, and cracking my tail light. Austen’s estimate was over $800 cheaper than 3 other body shops, didn’t try and nickel and dime me, and when the final price was $50 more than the estimate... clearly explained why and was incredibly reasonable. I picked up my vehicle on a chaotic Friday, with many customers calling in for their vehicles, picking up, etc. Even though they weren’t able to give me their full attention that day, they called me on Monday to make sure everything was good with my car. Affordable and the job was done well! Can’t ask for more than that.
